HOW TO REQUEST AN EVENT

The Rosenberg First campus is a gift from God that equips us realize our mission. The facilities are entrusted to the congregation for the primary purposes of worship, Christian study, and fellowship, as well as for outreach and service to the wider community. We prayerfully review each request to ensure that facility use aligns with this mission and supports the life and ministry of the church.
The Event Request Form below is used to communicate a desire to hold events in the church facilities.
- Internal ministries should submit this form to request that an event be added to the church calendar and to initiate a coordinated communication plan.
- Internal ministries should submit this form to update a previously approved event with more details to include in the communication plan.
- External individuals or organizations should submit this form to begin a conversation about facility use or rental.
Once completed, internal ministry requests will be considered at the next staff meeting which occur bi-monthly. External requests are considered by the Trustees in alignment with the Facility Use Policy. All those wishing to hold fundraisers must complete the Fundraiser Request Form, which are considered by the Leadership Board at their monthly meeting.
