- Highlights of 2025 Fiscal Year:
- Income for the year was $9,061.33 less than required for the budget.
- However, expenses for the year were $34,888.24 less than budgeted thanks to the commitment of staff to spend only what was needed.
- Therefore, income minus expenses for the year was $25,826.91 which is outstanding!!
- Operating balance at the end of 2025 is $44,417.85

- Maintain $550/month rent for Two Lives Changed
- 2 Approved fundraisers: 2/15 Pancake Luncheon for Summer Camp, 4/26 Butter Braids for Women's Ministry
- 2026 Reach Partners - $1500 each to Fort Bend Helping Hands, Fort Bend Hope, Lunches of Love, and Two Lives Changed
- 2026 Lenten/Holy Week Special Service Offering to Turners in Tanzania
- Work Area time - reports of their discussions will be submitted before the next Board meeting

- Replace HVAC unit for choir room
- Begin Fellowship Hall renovations with funds already received - approved order is upstairs bathrooms, downstairs bathrooms, lobby, fellowship hall
