Realm Leader Training

Realm is more than a database—it’s a tool that helps us care for people, communicate clearly, and steward our ministries well. To support those who lead and serve, we’re offering Realm Leader Training tailored to the ways you already minister.

• Serve Group Leaders will learn how to use Realm to build and update volunteer schedules, assign and manage volunteers, communicate with teams, print schedules, schedule events, and more. These tools can save time, reduce confusion, and help volunteers feel informed and valued.
  
• Connect Group Leaders will explore how Realm supports relational ministry through tracking attendance, communicating with group members, scheduling events, and staying connected beyond weekly gatherings.

This training is designed to strengthen your leadership, deepen connection, and free you to focus on what matters most—loving people and helping them grow as disciples.
