Intentional Growth & Community Engagement
The Board spent time discussing the
changing demographics of our area and how we can continue to grow intentionally. Key areas identified for impact include:
• A welcoming atmosphere 🤝
• Strong, relevant preaching ✝️
• Meaningful music 🎶
• Vibrant children’s ministry 🧸
The Board affirmed that we are strong in hospitality and preaching, and that upcoming staff hires will help strengthen music and children’s ministry as we reach new families.
🤝
Ministry in Motion
We celebrate the continued momentum in our ministries—from the Serve Fair to Church Work Day, and growing participation in Family Ministries and outreach opportunities. Work Areas met this month and will bring additional updates at our next meeting.
📅
Next Meeting
The next Leadership Board meeting will be
April 21 at 6:00pm
in Ed. 101. Full meetings are open.
Thank you for your prayers, your service, and your commitment to the mission of Rosenberg First. Together, we are building a church that welcomes, grows, and serves in Jesus' name. 💛
